When life gets busy, finding time for fitness can feel like a challenge. That's why Rebuild offers you two convenient options in one workout: QuickFit for a shorter 20-minute session, and Rebuild Complete for a full workout lasting around 35-45 minutes.

Limited equipment?

No gym? No problem. My innovative Rebuild program includes comprehensive workouts that required just a few items, so you can exercise effectively in the comfort of your own home or gym if you have access.

Need modifications?

Access modified movements and videos. If you are a beginner or have overcome injuries, I've got you covered. Embedded within advanced movements are, ensuring inclusivity and adaptation for all fitness levels.

I wasn’t always the energetic and healthy person I am today. In my early years, I battled health issues and a lack of motivation. But everything changed at 27 when I took charge of my health and began a transformation through diligent nutrition. Many years later, I recognized the need to further rebuild my body through fitness to repair the wear and tear from pregnancies.

That’s why I started Renewed Strength, my fitness and nutrition service designed to help women believe in the power hidden within. Can I cancel my membership at anytime?

Yes, you have the freedom to cancel your membership at any time. Please be aware that cancellations require a two-week processing period. Your monthly payment is deducted on the same date you initially signed up. For instance, if you joined on the 4th, subsequent payments will also be deducted on the 4th of each month.

How long will the workouts take?

Rebuild QuickFit Workouts: 20 minutes each.

Rebuild Complete Workouts: 40-45 minutes each.

What if I am new to lifting or working out?

It can feel daunting when you are first starting out. That's why I provide movement videos, coaching support and modified options.

What equipment do I need?

Rebuild Complete and Rebuild QuickFit (Limited Equipment Programs)

You can start with as little as one set of dumbbells or kettlebells and a hip band—enough for a complete workout.

Additionally:

•Bench (can use the floor if a bench isn't available)

•Box (sturdy stool or stair can serve as an alternative)

•Cardio machine (alternative options provided if unavailable)

•Resistance band (pull-up assist bands preferred, but either type works)

Bonus items for active recovery sessions:

•Foam roller

•Massage or tennis ball

Occasional use:

•Slam ball or resistance band (alternative options provided for clients without access to these)
