Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my membership at anytime?

Yes, you have the freedom to cancel your membership at any time. Please be aware that cancellations require a two-week processing period. Your monthly payment is deducted on the same date you initially signed up. For instance, if you joined on the 4th, subsequent payments will also be deducted on the 4th of each month.

How long will the workouts take?

Rebuild QuickFit Workouts: 20 minutes each.

Rebuild Complete Workouts: 35-45 minutes each.

What if I am new to lifting or working out?

It can feel daunting when you are first starting out. That's why I provide movement videos, coaching support and modified options.

What equipment do I need?

Rebuild is a limited equipment programs. You can start with as little as one set of dumbbells or kettlebells and a hip band—enough for a complete workout.

Additionally:

•Bench (can use the floor if a bench isn't available)

•Box (sturdy stool or stair can serve as an alternative)•Cardio machine (alternative options provided if unavailable)

•Resistance band (pull-up assist bands preferred, but either type works)

Bonus items for active recovery sessions:

•Foam roller

•Massage or tennis ball

Occasional use:

Slam ball or resistance band (alternative options provided for clients without access to these)
